1. Perishable Goods & Return Eligibility

  • Food & Snacks: Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, perishable food items, snacks, and opened confections cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Unopened Products: For any non-perishable merchandise or fully sealed items (if applicable), you are eligible for a return within 3 days from the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or contains the wrong product:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery by the courier fleet.

  • Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide your order number and clear photographic proof of the damaged or incorrect items.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a prompt replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund for the affected items.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return request for a damaged or incorrect item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed. Depending on your original payment method, the amount will either be credited back via the payment gateway or returned in cash via our delivery partner.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items that are not damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, the return shipping and redelivery costs will be entirely covered by us.
